The Great Lakes Invitational has become known as one of the premier events on the NCAA Division III basketball calendar. The annual event brings four teams from within the Great Lakes Region together with four teams from elsewhere around the country for one great weekend of basketball.

The 2025 event will be hosted by Washington & Jefferson, who will be joined in the field by Carthage, Case Western Reserve, Marietta, Mary Washington, Maryville, Trine, and Trinity (TX).

“The 8th Great Lakes Invitational continues the tradition of bringing together Division III’s best programs to one of the level’s best venues. Hosting this event at the home of one of the Great Lakes’ most successful programs is perfectly fitting of this crown jewel event of the Division III basketball calendar.”
