After a great 2024 Division III basketball season we have a good idea how the teams stack up against each other, but what about conference to conference?
With the help of conference efficiency ratings, the Massey ratings, NCAA Tournament results and some good old fashioned internet “yeah but I think” we put each conference into tiers then rank the top ten based on the 2023-2024 season.
