Unofficial 2023-24 Preseason Top 25 Poll Tracker

We expect that the D3Hoops.com Top 25 preseason men’s basketball poll will be released later this week. Because it has become common for some voters to publicly release their ballots, we can start to get an idea of how the poll is taking shape by aggregating the known ballots.

[Update: The D3Hoops.com preseason Top 25 was released on October 26.]

As individual voters make their ballots known we include them in our tracker below. Points will be totaled in this tracker in the same way they are to determine the official poll. Poll points are awarded in descending order from 25 points for a first place vote all the way down to one point for a 25th place vote.

Totaling the known poll points gives us a look at how teams rank based solely on the known ballots so far. Fans should expect the final official poll to look a little different once the ballots from all 25 voters are taken into account, but this should at least give us a feel for which teams are looking good to get ranked and the general area they are likely to land.

Public ballots have been revealed by the following voters and are included in the tracker below: Bob Quillman, Ryan Scott, Ryan Whitnable, Akiva Poppers, Mike Rejniak, Matt Snyder, Tim Calderwood

We also have received ballots from voters who wish to remain anonymous but have provided them to us for the purpose of being included in our tracker.

This post will be updated as new ballots are revealed by individual voters up until the release of the official D3Hoops.com men’s top 25 poll.
